At Calvary Chapel Iron River, we believe the church is not built around one person, but around Jesus Christ. Our Leadership Team is made up of men and women who have been called to faithfully serve the body of Christ using the gifts God has given them. Together, we are committed to teaching God's Word, caring for His people, equipping believers for ministry, and helping our church family grow in their relationship with Jesus. We count it a privilege to serve alongside one another as we seek to glorify God in everything we do.
Lead Pastor
Pastor Seth Waters
Pastor Seth's passion is to faithfully teach God's Word verse by verse, shepherd the church, and equip believers to know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live out the Gospel in their everyday lives.
Church Secretary & Treasurer
Chantel Taff
Chantel oversees the administrative and financial operations of the church while supporting the day-to-day ministry of Calvary Chapel. From communications and technology to organization and stewardship, her desire is to help create systems that allow ministry to flourish and people to stay connected.
Worship Pastor
Peter Garcia
Peter leads our Worship Ministry with a heart to glorify Jesus and help prepare our church family to worship Him in spirit and in truth. His desire is to keep Christ at the center, allowing worship to be a response to who God is rather than a performance.
Worship Lead
Jeanine Garcia
Jeanine serves alongside our worship team by helping lead the congregation in Christ-centered worship. Her heart is to encourage the church to lift their eyes to Jesus and respond to Him with joyful praise and wholehearted worship.
Women's Ministry Director
Carla Thoune
Carla has a heart for discipling women and creating opportunities for them to grow in God's Word, build authentic friendships, and encourage one another through every season of life. She leads our Women's Ministry with a desire to see women become deeply rooted in Christ and actively engaged in the life of the church.
Children's Ministry Coordinator
Rachel Gramann
Rachel is passionate about helping children know Jesus and build a strong biblical foundation from an early age. She provides a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn God's Word, grow in their faith, and experience the love of Christ.
Adult & Teen Bible Teacher
Bryan Darrell
Bryan teaches both our Adult and Teen Bible classes with a desire to help people understand Scripture, grow in spiritual maturity, and apply God's Word to everyday life through faithful, biblical teaching.
Technology Director
Royce Wayman
Royce serves behind the scenes by overseeing the technology that supports our ministry, including audio, video, livestream, and production. His faithful service helps ensure that the teaching of God's Word reaches people both inside and outside the walls of our church.
